DIGNATARIOS. Los Consejos Intendenciales y Comisariales tendrán un Presidente y un Vicepresidente, elegidos por la corporación para cada período de sesiones ordinarias. Las extraordinarias serán presididas por los mismos dignatarios que hayan cumplido estas funciones en las sesiones ordinarias inmediatamente anteriores.
