Liquidaciones Adicionales Para Quienes No Fueron Objeto De Liquidación

Liquidaciones adicionales para quienes no fueron objeto de liquidación. Aquellas entidades sometidas a la inspección, vigilancia y control de la Superintendencia, que no hubieren sido objeto de liquidación de la tasa anual, serán objeto de liquidación adicional con los datos que se establezcan en las investigaciones o información correspondientes.

En este caso se causarán intereses sobre la parte proporcional de la tasa anual determinada desde la fecha de vencimiento en que debieron pagarse las respectivas cuotas y sobre el total se causarán intereses a partir del vencimiento de la cuota respectiva.
