La Agencia Nacional Inmobiliaria Virgilio Barco Vargas tendrá una Comisión de Personal y un Comité de Coordinación del Sistema de Control Interno, los cuales se regirán por las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes. El Director de la Agencia podrá crear comités o consejos permanentes o transitorios especiales para el estudio, análisis y asesoría en temas de competencia de la Agencia.
