Facúltase al Gobierno para adquirir, a título de compra, los lugares, objetos o construcciones que tengan función turística y que pertenezcan a particulares. Cuando su adquisición se juzgare de suma importancia podrá procederse, inclusive, a la expropiación por motivos de utilidad común, de acuerdo con las normas constitucionales respectivas.
