º. Modifícase la reforma 27, del artículo 1º del Decreto 1809 del 6 de agosto de 1990, cuyo texto quedará así: "27. El artículo 40 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970 quedará así: Artículo 40. Para poder transitar dentro del territorio nacional, los vehículos automotores deben ser homologados por el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito y someterse a las normas y requisitos generales que sobre tránsito terrestre se determinan en este Código".
