Modificar el artículo 40 del Decreto 4299 de 2005, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 40. Venta de combustibles entre estaciones de servicio . El Ministerio de Minas y Energía reglamentará mediante acto administrativo de carácter general la comercialización de combustibles líquidos derivados del petróleo entre estaciones de servicio establecida en el numeral 9 del artículo 22 del presente decreto, cuando el mercado y la logística de distribución lo ameriten”.
