Artículo séptimo. El Comité Femenino Antituberculoso será dirigido por una Junta Central de señoras nombrada por primera vez por el Comité Central de la Cruz Roja, y que en lo sucesivo, se renovará por terceras partes, cada dos años, reemplazándose su personal cesante por la propia institución.
