El procedimiento de elección de los dos miembros de la CNTV designados por las asociaciones gremiales y las facultades a las que se refiere el presente decreto se realizará en dos etapas vigiladas por la Registraduría del Estado Civil, a través de los delegados previamente designados por el Registrador Nacional.
