Las instituciones oficiales autorizadas para dictar cursos de actualización, podrán establecer convenios con otras del sector oficial como Coldeportes, Inderena, Sena, Conservatorios de Música, Colcultura, Institutos de Cultura, para ofrecer áreas en la cuales estas instituciones sean especializadas.
