º La garantía deberá otorgarse dentro del término de noventa (90) días, si es real o de treinta (30) días si es garantía bancaria, póliza de seguros o cualquiera de las contempladas en el artículo 3 de presente Decreto, contadas a partir de la fecha de notificación de la resolución que concede el plazo. Vencido el término anterior sin que se hayan satisfecho los requisitos allí previstos, la resolución quedará sin efectos.
