PROGRAMACION DE LOS RECURSOS DEL IMPUESTO A LAS VENTAS O IMPUESTO AL VALOR AGREGADO IVA PARA LOS MUNICIPIOS INTENDENCIALES Y COMISARIALES. Para los efectos de la distribución de los recursos provenientes del impuesto a las ventas o impuesto al valor agregado, correspondiente a los municipios intendenciales y comisariales, los respectivos planes de inversión deberán ser elaborados con la participación del Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, DAINCO, tal como lo establezca el reglamento. Dichos recursos podrán destinarse además para la financiación de planes, programas o proyectos de desarrollo regional en la respectiva Intendencia o Comisaría.
