Art. 2°. El rematador tendrá la obligación de pagar á cada tenedor el valor de sus existencias por sestas partes iguales, así: una sexta parte del 1.° al 10 de Mayo próximo venidero; y las cinco sextas partes restantes, el día 1.° de cada uno de los cinco meses siguientes. Al pagar cada cuota parte, el rematador abonará al tenedor de las existencias los intereses que á ella correspondan, al uno por ciento mensual, á partir del 1.° de Mayo citado hasta el día del pago.
