Art. 21. Terminada que sea la votacion procederá cada Junta en sesion permanente a practicar el escrutinio de la que se ha verificado ante ella, haciendo constar el número de electores que han sufragado, el número de boletas que ha resultado en la urna, i el número de votos que, de acuerdo con éstas, ha obtenido cada candidato, espresándolo en números i en letras, sin poner en el Rejistro entrerenglonaduras, enmendaturas ni abreviaturas de ninguna clase.
