ARTICULO 2º. DE LAS ENTIDADES DE LA ADMINISTRACION PUBLICA. Para los efectos de este decreto se entiende por entidades de la administración pública del orden nacional la Presidencia de la República, Los ministerios, departamentos administrativos y superintendencias, los establecimientos públicos y las unidades administrativas especiales.
