Artículo cuarto. Para los efectos del artículo anterior, los trabajadores interesados en acumular las vacaciones que se consideren comprendidos por esa disposición, deberán hacerlo saber cada año al superior respectivo, quien resolverá oportunamente dejando la correspondiente constancia.
