Traslado de la persona privada de libertad. Durante la investigación, el Director Seccional de la Fiscalía podrá ordenar el traslado de persona privada de libertad a lugar diferente de aquel en que se adelanta el proceso, cuando su estado de salud así lo requiera, previo dictamen de perito de medicina legal y en su defecto, de médico oficial. En igual forma se procederá cuando corra peligro la integridad física del procesado.
