Dentro del año siguiente a la entrada en vigor del presente Decreto, podrá efectuarse reconocimiento de edificaciones que se hayan visto afectadas por la situación que llevó a la declaratoria de emergencia de que trata el Decreto 1261 de 2026, adicionado por el Decreto 1348 de 2026, independiente de la fecha en que se haya concluido la edificación. Para tal fin, no aplicará el requisito temporal previsto en el artículo 6 de la Ley 1848 de 2017.
