Auxíliase al Municipio de Cúcuta con la suma de veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25,000), que se incluirán en el Presupuesto de la actual vigencia, para la defensa de la ciudad contra las avenidas del río Pamplonita; y al del Socorro con la suma diez mil pesos ($ 10,000) para terminar la construcción del pabellón de maternidad.
