Modifícase el artículo 7 del Decreto 223 de 1995, el cual quedará así: "Artículo 7. Para la expedición del certificado de inspección sobre el país de origen, la sociedad de certificación tomará como base el certificado que para el efecto expida la autoridad competente en el país de origen o el productor, fabricante o exportador de conformidad con las reglas de origen señaladas en el artículo 4 de este Decreto".
