La certificación escrita autorizada, con la firma del Presidente y del Secretario de la Cámara de Comercio, respecto a la persona que en un momento dado ejerza la Gerencia o sea, representante legal de una compañía o sociedad comercial, de acuerdo con los registros que existan en la misma Cámara, constituirá prueba suficiente de la personería ante cualesquiera autoridades judiciales o administrativas.
