° Tendrán derecho a un auxilio de cinco mil pesos ($ 5.000.00) en total, que pagará el Gobierno Nacional, las personas o familias que, con ocasión de los sucesos ocurridos en la ciudad de Cali el 7 de agosto último, hubieren perdido la persona de la cual derivaban su subsistencia, y siempre que no cuenten con patrimonio propio ni otro medio de vida, según certificado que expida la "Junta Nacional pro-Damnificados de Cali", y sin perjuicio de otros auxilios que puede decretar en su favor la misma Junta.
