ARTICULO 38 De las reclamaciones por irregularidades en el proceso de selección los reclamos por irregularidades que se presente en la práctica del concurso deberán ser puestos en conocimiento del respectivo comité de selección por cualquiera de los participantes o de las personas interesadas, dentro de un término máximo de quince ( 15) días hábiles contados a partir de la fecha en que se cometió loa infracción.
