ARTICULO 4o. La prima a que se refiere este Decreto se pagará mensualmente, no tiene carácter salarial y no se tendrá en cuenta para la determinación de la remuneración o haberes de otros funcionarios o empleados de cualquiera de las ramas del Poder Público, Fuerzas Militares, organismo o entidad del Estado.
