Artículo décimo. Todo aspirante a un cargo judicial, o la persona que postule a otro ara el mismo, deberá acompañar en el acto de inscripción y presentación de prueba, un memorial dirigido al residente de la entidad a quien corresponda el nombramiento, en el cual enumere los documentos presentados, precise sus aspiraciones y manifieste su filiación política o la del candidato postulado.
