Montos objeto de devolución. Los visitantes extranjeros no residentes en Colombia podrán solicitar la devolución del IVA por la adquisición de los servicios gravados, mencionados en el artículo 4° del presente capítulo, cuando su cuantía, incluido el IVA, sea igual o superior a diez (10) Unidades de Valor Tributario (UVT).

El monto máximo de impuesto a devolver a que se refiere el presente capítulo, por persona será hasta por un valor equivalente a cien (100) Unidades de Valor Tributario (UVT).
