Los Métodos De Valoración Y El Orden De Su Aplicación Serán Los Siguientes: 1

Decreto 2615 de 1993 · por el cual se establecen disposiciones para la aplicación de las normas sobre valoración aduanera del valor del GATT y de la Decisión 326 de la Comisión del Acuerdo de Cartagena.

°. Los métodos de valoración y el orden de su aplicación serán los siguientes

Método 1. Método del valor de transacción. Se regirá por lo dispuesto en los artículos 1° y 8° del Acuerdo y sus Notas Interpretativas.

Método 2. Método del valor de transacción de mercancías idénticas. Se regirá por el artículo 2° del Acuerdo y su Nota Interpretativa.

Método 3. Método del valor de transacción de mercancías similares. Este método se regirá por el artículo 3° del Acuerdo y su Nota Interpretativa.

Método 4. Método deductivo. Se regirá por el artículo 5° del Acuerdo y su Nota Interpretativa.

Método 5. Método del valor de reconstruido. Se regirá por el artículo 6° y su Nota Interpretativa.

Método 6. Método del último recurso. Se regirá por el artículo 7° del Acuerdo y su Nota Interpretativa.
