Artículo trece. A partir del primero (1º) de enero de mil novecientos cincuenta y ocho (1858), las empresas de transporte estarán obligadas a recaudar un impuesto equivalente al cinco por ciento (5%) del valor del respectivo pasaje internacional.

Parágrafo

Las empresas de transporte estarán obligadas a girar mensualmente el producto de este impuesto en la misma forma establecida para los hoteles, de acuerdo con el artículo precedente y con la misma responsabilidad allí señalada.
