Entrega de Archivos. Los archivos de los cuales sea titular la Dirección Ejecutiva de la Justicia Penal Militar y la Jurisdicción Especializada administrada y dirigida por ella, por ministerio de la Ley 1765 de 2015, una vez entre en vigencia, pasarán a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de la Justicia Penal Militar y Policial, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 128 de la Ley 1765 de 2015.
