Los factores podrán celebrar o ejecutar todos los actos relacionados con el giro ordinario de los negocios del establecimiento que administren, incluyendo las enajenaciones y gravámenes de los elementos del establecimiento que estén comprendidos dentro de dicho giro, en cuanto el preponente no les limite expresamente dichas facultades; la limitación deberá inscribirse en el registro mercantil, para que sea oponible a terceros.
