Cumplimiento de obligaciones. Los beneficios establecidos en la presente ley no exceptúan el cumplimiento de las obligaciones de las pequeñas empresas jóvenes beneficiarias, en materia de presentación de declaraciones tributarias, del cumplimiento de sus obligaciones laborales y de sus obligaciones mercantiles consignadas en el Código de Comercio.
