Artículo único. A partir de esta fecha, modificase el artículo primero del Decreto número 1314 de 1945, en el sentido de fijar al personal civil del Instituto Geográfico, Militar y Catastral, las siguientes primas de riesgo por cada hora de vuelo: Oficiales primeros a Oficiales novenos: veinte pesos ($ 20.00); Ayudantes primeros a séptimos: quince pesos ($ 15.00), y Auxiliares primeros a séptimos: diez pesos ($ 10.00) moneda corriente.
