Modalidades De Registro Sanitario

Decreto 219 de 1998 · por el cual se reglamentan parcialmente los regímenes sanitarios de control de calidad, de vigilancia de los productos cosméticos, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Modalidades de registro sanitario. El registro sanitario tendrá las siguientes modalidades

a)

Fabricar y vender;

b)

Fabricar, importar y vender;

c)

Importar y vender;

d)

Importar, envasar y vender;

e)

Envasar y/o empacar;

f)

Importar, semielaborar y vender;

g)

Fabricar y exportar.

Parágrafo 1

Para efectos del presente artículo, la modalidad de fabricar y vender comprende por sí misma la posibilidad de exportar, sin perjuicio de que la autoridad sanitaria competente expida el registro sanitario exclusivamente para las actividades de fabricar y exportar como una modalidad.

Parágrafo 2

Para el registro sanitario de productos bajo la modalidad de fabricar, importar y vender, el producto importado debe tener la misma marca, el mismo nombre, igual composición básica y el mismo titular del producto de fabricación local.
