Art. 13. Los documentos que se presenten á juicio podrán ser tachados por la parte contraria, al darle traslado de ellos, si no estuvieren en el papel sellado correspondiente; y en este caso no serán estimados como prueba.

Exceptúanse de lo dispuesto en éste artículo los testamentos nuncupativos y cerrados, y sus cubiertas: en este caso los interesados pagarán veinticinco pesos por cada una de las hojas de papel que compongan el testamento y la cubierta.
