Los proyectos con asignaciones efectuadas en su oportunidad con recursos del Fondo Nacional de Regalías o en depósito en el mismo, inmersos en las normas a que se referían el artículo 92 de la Ley 1593 de 2012 , artículo 87 de la Ley 1687 de 2013 y el artículo 109 de la Ley 1737 de 2014 continuarán su ejecución hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2016.
