El concepto del instituto Nacional de Salud se pondrá en consideración del Comité Técnico para que este decida sobre si puede o no licenciarse el producto sobre el nombre genérico que debe dársele si acepta el nombre comercial del mismo o lo rechaza cuando sugiera indicaciones para el producto. El Comité Técnico dispone para tale efectos de un término de treinta (30) días toda decisión del Comité Técnico debe fundamentarse.
