Las partidas indispensables para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley se apropiarán en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia. El Gobierno queda autorizado para efectuar las operaciones presupuestales que fueren necesarias para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley.
