Articulo 48. Las mercancias y productos existen en los almacenes de la Zona asi como las descargadas en cobertizos y patios pueden ser rematadas en publica subasta, con ecepcion de las mercancias extranjeras de prohibida o restringida importacion Salvo que para estas ultimas se obtengan la licencia respectiva.
