Los Síndicos Recaudadores cuidarán de que se tramiten rápidamente las liquidaciones que hayan sido presentadas a los Juzgados con anterioridad al 1º de mayo de 1936. Si por error se presentaren algunas con posterioridad a esa fecha, deberán pedir al Juez respectivo que se declare incompetente para conocer de ellas, a fin de someterlas a la jurisdicción y trámite administrativos que les corresponde, de acuerdo con los artículos 42 y siguientes de la Ley 63 que por este Decreto se reglamenta.
