Art. 44. Para obtener la colocación como alumnos oficial, el que la solicite debe llenar los requisitos siguiente: 1.° Acreditar que ha cumplido doce años y que no pasa de diez y ocho años de edad. 2.° Comprobar que tiene buena constitucion física y que carece de cualquier defecto ó enfermedad contagiosa que lo imposibilite para los estudios. 3.° Saber leer y escribir correctamente y poseer conocimientos suficientes de castellano, frances, aritmética y geografía.
