Copagos por concepto de prestaciones no incluidas en el plan de beneficios del régimen contributivo. Se entiende por copago el aporte que realiza un afiliado al régimen contributivo del SGSSS correspondiente a una parte del valor de los servicios o tecnologías no financiadas, en el plan de beneficios de salud, que le fueron prescritas por el profesional de la salud u ordenadas por un fallo de tutela.

Parágrafo

El monto y la forma de recaudo de los copagos serán definidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social.
