Art. 2º. Las penas que deben imponerse en estos casos serán las fijadas como máximum en los artículos 316 a 320, inclusive, y 322 a 335 del mismo Código.

Parágrafo

Los delitos definidos en los artículos 315 (incisos 1º y 2º) y 321 del expresado Código serán castigados con la pena capital.
