Temporalidad del Subsidio . La temporalidad del subsidio a la que se refiere el artículo 28 de la Ley 100 de 1993 corresponderá a las semanas de cotización señaladas por el Consejo Nacional de Política Social, en el documento Conpes número 3605 de 2009. (Decreto 3771 de 2007, artículo 28, modificado por el Decreto 4944 de 2009, art ículo 2 ° ).
