A los responsables de los delitos de que trata el artículo anterior se les impondrá alguna de estas penas, según la gravedad del caso:
La de prisión hasta por cuatro años;
La de extrañamiento del Territorio de la República hasta por tres años;
y La de confinamiento hasta por dos años.
Estas penas llevan anexa la perdida de los derechos políticos.
