Los nombramientos de Administrador, Árbitros, Agrimensores y Evaluadores que la Junta general de Comuneros debe hacer conforme al Artículo 44 de la Ley 30 de 1888 , estarán sujetos á la aprobación del respectivo Juez de Circuito, quien podrá variarlos total ó parcialmente en el caso de que, los nombrados carezcan de la probidad y competencia necesarias.
