Por el presente decreto se determinan los sujetos y las sanciones a imponer por el incumplimiento a lo establecido en la Resolución 0001020 del primero (1°) de abril de 1998, mediante la cual se fijan criterios sobre las relaciones económicas entre las empresas de transporte y los propietarios y/o conductores de los vehículos de carga.
