º El período de los miembros de la Junta Directiva. distintos del Ministro de Educación Nacional y el Gerente del Banco de la República será de dos (2) años.

Parágrafo

Los suplentes reemplazarán a los principales cuando éstos dejen de concurrir a la Junta por cualquier causa.
