ARTICULO 2.1.1.4.9 . GARANTÍA DE LA SOCIEDAD ADMINISTRADORA. El patrimonio de la sociedad administradora del fondo de pensiones será garantía de la correcta administración del mismo. Los créditos que tengan los partícipes en un plan de pensiones contra el fondo o la sociedad administradora, por causa o razón del desarrollo del plan, tendrán la preferencia que la ley concede a los créditos laborales.
