º Si verificado el reconocimiento y liquidación de una encomienda cuyo manifiesto haya sido presentado dentro de las cuarenta y ocho horas a que se refiere el artículo anterior, el introductor no la retirare de la oficina por no haber pagados los derechos, se causará el servicio de bodegaje desde el séptimo día siguiente al de la fecha de revisión anotado en el respectivo manifiesto a razón de tres centavos diarios.
