GRATIFICACION POR INFORMACION EFICAZ. El que suministre oportuna y eficaz información que permita la captura de quien hubiere intervenido en la perpetración de cualesquiera de los hechos de que trata el presente Decreto, recibirá del Erario, a título de gratificación, hasta el equivalente de quinientos (500) salarios mínimos, exentos de todo impuesto en el respectivo año gravable. Para los efectos del presente artículo se aplicará lo dispuesto por el artículo 7º del Decreto 1199 de 1987. TITULO II. ACTUACION PROCESAL Y POLICIA JUDICIAL.
