El Fondo de Asistencia Técnica de los Pequeños Agricultores y Ganaderos creado por la Ley 5º. de 1973, dará prelación en sus servicios de asistencia técnica a los predios que se exploten en desarrollo de los contratos regulados por esta Ley. Igual prelación darán las instituciones de crédito oficiales que operen en el país.
